About the Gregory
The Gregory Lofts Condominiums,
built by Carroll Aspen development group, were first occupied
in 2000. Office spaces and ground floor retail spaces complement
the residential lofts.
Residential Units
The Gregory's 133 residential units range in
size from about 1000 to 3000 square feet, helping to create
a diverse population within the building. Each unit has indoor,
secured parking, and most units have a separate storage locker
in the parking area.
Residents
can use the
large deck on the 5th floor for barbeques, picnics,
and parties. There is an
area for recycling and for bicycle storage.
Living in the City
To many residents of the Gregory, this is the best
building in
the best neighborhood in the best
city in the Northwest.
The Gregory is surrounded
by the sights, sounds, and aromas of city living. The Pearl District
and nearby NW 23rd Street have wonderful and diverse dining,
and interesting shops, boutiques, and galleries.
The Gregory is right on the streetcar line to downtown
Portland and the 23rd Avenue shopping area, with connections (or a short walk) to MAX for access
to the airport and much of greater Portland.
Need to use the car? Access to the freeway is
as easy as it gets in the Portland area and Flexicar spaces dot the Pearl.
Condominium Living
In many important respects, living in a condominium is different
from living in a private home or an apartment. You are invited
to read the Gregory House Rules for a discussion of considerations
and restrictions associated with life in the Gregory.
Security
Security at the Gregory is enhanced by electronic codes for
front door entry and for elevator access, by video surveillance
24/7, and by random sweeps by Portland Patrol officers.
